The Loyalist Inn Hotel has a long and colourful history in Shelburne. It may have been the original site of the Merchant's Coffee House, where the first Loyalist founders gathered to discuss the daily happenings in what suddenly became the 4th largest city in North America.

For many years The Loyalist Inn Hotel was known as the Bower Hotel and today, The Loyalist Inn Hotel is the last remaining hotel in Shelburne and is known for its clean, comfy and affordable accommodations. Perfectly located in the centre of the historic district where you can walk to Dock Street and just about everywhere else.

Our restaurant The Rose and Griffon is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Supper 7 days a week. Our English style is also open 7 days a week.
