Sunset House, a 4 bedroom home fully equipped for 7. It offers a large kitchen/diner, living room, DVD lounge, queen bedroom with private 3 piece bathroom and laundry downstairs plus a double bedroom, 2 further bedrooms (one with an extra, fold-out bed) and a four-piece bathroom upstairs. It lies alongside a paved road and there is ample parking.

The house sits beside the famous, scenic Cabot Trail, set back in a beautiful valley about a mile from the sea and overlooking a small lake. 20 minutes drive from Cape Breton Highlands National Park with its wonderful hiking trails, coastal scenery and wildlife.10 minutes from Cheticamp or Margaree Harbour with beaches whale-watching, fishing etc. and the beautiful Margaree River Valley, famous for salmon and trout fishing.
