Common sitting rooms, peaceful gardens, patio and dock. Close to all village amenties. Complimentary breafast. Come enjoy the ambience of Duffus House on the shore of the Bras d'Or Lakes.
Each of our seven guest rooms has its own unique character and a different water view. Several are suites with private sitting rooms. All rooms have private baths.
We have several sitting rooms for all of our guests to enjoy including the Cunard Room - replete with artifacts commemorating the Cunard Steamship Co. and Sir Samuel Cunard. Visit us and discover the connection between James Duffus (our inn's namesake) and this great Nova Scotian entrepreneur!
In the morning partake of a delicious breakfast of home baking. We use blueberries, crab apples, rhubarb, etc. from our own garden! While staying with us, you may be treated to a sighting of our resident Bald Eagles.
