Lake access is via your own dock which is a 10 minute walk. The quaint house is located on 37 acres of rolling countryside near the town of Baddeck, Nova Scotia. Baddeck is a resort village on the shores of the world-renowned Bras D'or Lakes on Cape Breton Island. The property is a great place to get away and forget about the world. The house is situated in the middle of a 15 acre hillside meadow and is close to hiking trails. This is a great place to use as a base to explore Cape Breton Island and the Cabot Trail, one of the most scenic drives in North America.
